Ever feel like something sweet, creamy, and cold…but you don’t want to blow your clean eating? Well you are in luck, I’ve got the vegan version of a strawberry milkshake, and it most certainly brings all the boys to the yard. So without further ado, here it is!
INGREDIENTS
2 c frozen strawberries
4 dates (pitted)
2 c plant based milk (I used homemade almond milk, but soy, cashew, or coconut will work well too)
2 tsp vanilla extract
Place all ingredients into a blender, and blend until smooth. That’s it! Quick, easy, and so delicious. All the goodness for you, and if your generous, you can share with a friend. Enjoy this simple and sweet treat!
