This is a delicious, nut free, creamy dressing to add to any salad or bowl you like. Watch video at the bottom of the post to see it in action.
GUACAMOLE SALAD DRESSING
✔️ 5 Minutes ✔️ Nut free ✔️ Weight Loss Friendly ✔️ Makes about 3/4 cups
INGREDIENTS
• 1 medium ripe avocado, peeled and pitted
• 1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves
• 1 tablespoon raw cashews
• The juice of 1 and 1/2 medium limes, or more to taste
• 1 garlic clove
• 1/4 teaspoon salt, or to taste
• 1/8 teaspoon maple syrup
• 1/4 to a 1/2 jalapeno or Serrano pepper
• 1/3 to 1/2 cup water
Add all of the ingredients to a high speed blender. Blend until creamy. Start with the 1/3 cup of water and add more by the tablespoon until you reach your desired consistency. Taste and adjust seasoning as desired.
NOTE: Stores in the fridge in a glass container with lid for 3 days.

In the video I think I saw some cilantro in the blender before you blended the dressing but I don't see cilantro in the ingredients list. Did I see cilantro and, if so, how much did you add?
Also do you take the seeds out of the serrano or jalapeno before blending? Thanks, Diane
