🧃 BASIC GREEN JUICE
Ingredients
• 2 large apples
• 1 inch ginger root
• 1 inch turmeric root
• 3 to5 large leaves Swiss chard
• 1/4 bunch cilantro, dill, parsley, or basil
• 3 celery ribs
• 1 lemon, peeled
• 1 large cucumber
juice.
🧃 REFRESHING GREEN
Ingredients
• 1 bunch parsley
• 2 large green apples
• 1 large cucumber
• 1 lemon, peeled
• 1 inch ginger root
juice.
🧃 SWEET BEET
Ingredients
• 1 lime, peeled
• 3 large leaves kale or leafy green of choice
• 1 beet root
• 2 carrots
• 2 celery ribs
• 1 large apple
juice.
🧃 CITRUS BLAST
Ingredients
• 1 large grapefruit
• 4 large oranges
• 1 lemon
• 1 lime
• 1 inch ginger (optional)
If using a citrus juicer, cut in half and juice. If not, peel before juicing.
