Spring Fresh Avocado Toast serves 1
✔️ under 10 minutes
INGREDIENTS
• 1 slice bread of choice, toasted
• 1/4 to a 1/2 avocado, sliced or mashed
• Handful of micorgreens, sunflower micorgreens pictured
• 1 to 2 radishes, sliced
• Squeeze of lemon juice
• Salt, chili flakes, and freshly cracked black pepper to taste
Toast and add desired topping from list above. Easy peasy.
